I lost! I lost! I lost!

YAY! First week at WW and I lost! That is right, the scale went down - hasn't done that forever! AF even came today too. I lost 3.4 lbs! Can you tell I am excited? It was so nice to have worked hard all week and accomplished something! Now to add in my exercise and do it again! I lost! YAY!


  1. YayI I love the WW system. I used their online thing a few years ago with success. I am also still cooking from their cookbooks, because it is good healthy food (but not going low fat on everything at the moment).

  2. YAY! Hopefully it continues and trains my body to eat less and crave healthier stuff. So far so good. Thanks for the boost!
